Right, except I mean it the flip side: some anime series are not like delicious juicy steaks, and better eaten slowly because you’ll get sick of it if you wolf it down crazy fast. Code Geass is not like delicious juicy steaks, but you probably won’t get sick if you marathon it.

(apologies to vegetarians out there, you’re missing out)

Elaboration on the savoring, some series are less obvious/straightforward and benefit from analysis, sub-conscious or not. Time between episodes allows this.

I’m glad you finally watched Code Geass. Sure, it’s typical mainstream mecha, but it’s highly entertaining. I don’t even usually watch shows like this anymore, but I decided to give Geass a chance (because of how much everyone was poking fun at lol Britannia) halfway through it’s airing, and surprisingly found enough to like in it.

And C.C. is hawt.
